About two minutes. It is a short set of questions about your hair and what you want done — no account to create and nothing to download.
Do I have to book an appointment after taking it?
No. The survey and your stylist match are free, and booking is entirely optional. Plenty of people take it to figure out who they would want to see before they are ready to schedule.
What information do I need to have ready?
Your hair length and texture, your current color and roughly what has been done to it, and the result you are after. If you are not sure what to call the service you want, describe the look — that is enough.
How do you decide which stylist I get matched with?
Our team reads your answers and pairs you with the Harlow stylist who specializes in that service — balayage and color correction, hand-tied or K-tip extensions, precision cutting, curly hair, or smoothing treatments.
Is this only for new clients?
